Well, I’ve always been curious about how Aquarius and Aries get along in friendship. So, I decided to dig into this and see what’s up.
I started by chatting with a bunch of my friends. Some of them are Aquarius, and some are Aries. I asked them about their friendships, like how they first met and what they liked or disliked about each other.
One of my Aries friends told me that he met his Aquarius buddy at a party. They hit it off right away. The Aries guy was all hyped up, running around, and having a blast. The Aquarius friend was more laid – back but still joined in the fun. They started talking about all sorts of crazy ideas, like building a treehouse in the middle of the city park. Yeah, sounds nuts, right?
Another time, I observed an Aquarius – Aries pair at a group event. The Aquarius was coming up with these wild plans for a weekend trip, like going to a deserted island. The Aries was super excited and was like, “Let’s do it right now!” But then, the Aquarius started to get a bit wishy – washy, thinking about all the details and potential problems. The Aries got impatient and was like, “Come on, just go for it!”

I also asked them about the things that made their friendship work. The Aquarius friends said they loved the Aries’ energy and enthusiasm. It made them feel more alive. The Aries, on the other hand, liked the Aquarius’ unique ideas and open – mindedness. They said it was like having a partner in crime for all their crazy adventures.
But there were also things that didn’t work so well. The Aries’ impulsiveness sometimes drove the Aquarius crazy. The Aquarius would think things through, and the Aries would just jump in without thinking. And the Aquarius’ indecisiveness could really tick off the Aries. They wanted to make a decision and get moving.
Overall, from my observations and chats, it seems that the friendship between Aquarius and Aries can be really cool if they can balance each other out. The Aries can push the Aquarius to take action, and the Aquarius can help the Aries think things through a bit more. But if they don’t understand each other’s quirks, it can lead to some conflicts. It’s like a wild ride, but it can be worth it if they stick together.
